Settle Deprecated Perpetuals and Update Various Oracle Feeds on Injective Exchange dApps

If passed, this proposal updates the oracle for the XPL/USDT PERP and WLFI/USDT PERP markets to use Pyth price feeds, and the AIX/USDT PERP market to use Stork price feeds. Transitioning from the current price feeds will increase the decentralization of these markets.

In addition, this proposal will settle the SPX/USDT PERP, ATH/USDT PERP, OSMO/USDT PERP, and BUIDL/USDT PERP markets. The settlement price of open positions will be based on the oracle price for the market when the proposal is passed.

• By voting yes on this proposal, you support updating the oracle for the XPL/USDT PERP and WLFI/USDT PERP markets to use Pyth price feeds, and the AIX/USDT PERP market to use Stork price feeds, and support settling the SPX/USDT PERP, ATH/USDT PERP, OSMO/USDT PERP, and BUIDL/USDT PERP markets.
• By voting no on the proposal, you do not support updating the oracle for the XPL/USDT PERP and WLFI/USDT PERP markets to use Pyth price feeds, and the AIX/USDT PERP market to use Stork price feeds, and do not support settling the SPX/USDT PERP, ATH/USDT PERP, OSMO/USDT PERP, and BUIDL/USDT PERP markets.
• By voting no with veto, you find this proposal to be spam/irrelevant/malicious to governance, and contribute to burning the 100 INJ deposit if NoWithVeto votes are greater than ⅓ of the total voting power.
• By voting abstain, you wish to contribute to quorum while formally declining to vote either for or against the proposal.
